How do I register?
You can register by calling the toll free
number or have us call you by completing the class
inquiry form.
When are the classes offered?
Our
schedule page is a list of upcoming
classes. If we do not have what you are looking for, then check out the
IICRC website for additional classes or call us if you would like to
sponsor a class or schedule a company class.
Is there a brochure that I can get?
Absolutely! If you need more detailed
information then please fill out the form on the
email
page and ask for additional information to be sent to you. If you
would like this information mailed to you remember to include your
address. We are happy to send you any information that you are looking
for.
Can I schedule a private class just for my
company?
Yes! Once again several factors need to be
known such as the size of the company, training facilities, number of
staff to be trained. Contact us or fill out the
class
inquiry form for private classes
and trainings.
How do I dress for class?
Very Comfortable, but remember, there may
be insurance agents and adjusters in the class. Comfortable, casual
business is good. Please - change from cleaning jumpsuits prior to class.
Do I need to get my whole staff certified?
It really depends on the vision that your
company has. I have seen firms train everyone in their organization. I
have also seen them only train the technicians. I have trained $2 million
a year companies and I have trained start-ups. But the more well informed
your company is, the better off it is as well.
Is certification really important?
Only if you want to be professional will
you become certified!
What is the IICRC?
The
IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration
Certification.
