Customer Service and Image for the Restoration
Industry
Did you forget where you came from? Remember when
you first started - Clean trucks - Equipment sparkled - Staff looked
great!!!!! STOP!!!!!!
How do we look today?
As an owner or manager, I'm sure you know how things should look. But, are
you so busy that maybe you are no longer teaching your staff the little
things?
Remember, the smallest holes sink
the biggest ships!!!!
Maybe it's time we remind
your staff who
the customer really is!!
Does your staff understand that your
customer doesn't care how good you are until you show your customer how much
you
care??!!!! (Learn about the emotional checking account).
Does your staff realize that until
your customer gets to know them that the customer is looking at the cleanliness
of your trucks, your equipment, your uniforms (If you
have any), your staff's physical appearance and hair. Is your
staff presenting a bad or good image of
your company?!! (Learn about the moment of truth).
I want you to read the following
- and then close your eyes to picture the scenario...
You and your
spouse/girlfriend go to your favorite restaurant. The waiter/waitress looks terrible and is wearing torn jeans!!! When your meal comes, it's too
late for the food to change your impression of the restaurant, isn't it? You will never go back to that restaurant.
Here is the problem
The owner was in
the kitchen trying to make you the best meal you ever had, but it didn't
matter did it? It was too late! You already formed an opinion about how bad
the place was based on the presentation of the waiter/waitress.
Is this happening to you??? Are you
trying your best to build a business and your crew is out in front of your
customers destroying it for you??? Maybe it's time you and your staff attend this four
hour exciting and fun class.
